Burglaries Up

A 4% rise in burglaries occurred for the second successive quarter in comparison to the same quarter the previous year, according to Home Office quarterly crime statistics.

Bells Only – as at the name suggests, this is no more than an alarm bell which will ring for up to 15 minutes and which may be ignored

Digital Communicator – is where your B & E Intruder Alarm is connected to our Alarm Receiving Centre via a telephone line. When the alarm is triggered, our Alarm Receiving Centre receives notification of an alarm and summons the relevant emergency services

Redcare GSM – one of the most secure forms of alarm monitoring available it has a back up of two paths and is capable of sending a confirmed activation’ to ensure police response even if the telephone has been cut

Fire & Smoke Protection

The Northern Ireland Fire Brigade attended 16,488 Fires last year.

Faulty appliances and leads are the main causes of fire in the home.

Smoke Detectors Alert and protect you from Fire whether you are at home or not, works even when you intruder alarm is not set

24 hour keyholding response – B & E will take on the responsibility of being your Keyholder. We will respond to any alarm activations and check premises allow entry to i.e. Fire Brigade in the event of the a Fire or Police in the event of a burglary. So even if you are not available B & E always are 24/7 365 days per year giving you peace of mind.
