Fire

An effective Fire Alarm System will protect staff and property from fire and reduce the extent of fire damage, a

B & E will take responsibility for the initial site survey for your fire alarm & detection system, system design, installation, commissioning, monitoring and ongoing maintenance.

B & E have over 25 years experience in the Fire and security market our products are insurance approved. Fire Alarms are installed to BS5839-1 Code of Practice for Fire Detection and Alarm systems for buildings & Emergency lighting is installed to BS5266-2

Types of Systems

Bells Only Fire alarm – no more than an alarm bell which will ring to warn occupants to evacuate. Who will call the Fire Brigade when the building is empty?

Digital Communicator – is where your B & E Alarm System is connected to our Alarm Receiving Centre via a telephone line. When the alarm is triggered, our Alarm Receiving Centre receives notification of a Fire Signal and summons the Fire Brigade.

Redcare uses technology to actively check that your phone line is working and to detect any problems. Line cuts or faults are signalled to our Alarm Receiving Centre
